Sorry for the repeat, if you’ve been keeping up with me on Facebook I lost all my writings on my thumbdrive somehow when switching to the new computer. I’m currently in rewrites and will have a new audio drama in episode 31.
Milwaukee Area Wargaming is a new group with the goal of connecting gamers of all kinds in the Milwaukee area. They have partnered with Binary in West Allis to provide a central location for gamers to meet and play late into the night. Binary is a nerd/geek paraphernalia culture bar with board and card games for people to play as well as space for table top gamers to wage war until bar close. This place looks pretty sweet.
If you are in the Milwaukee area, show your support, make new friends with common interests and help grow your community.
I stumbled on. . . stumbled ha,they were hard to miss sporting such excellent Astra Millitarum cosplay. I approached their table and was blown away by the comic art.
Sarah is the artist and also a member of a roll playing group that has been playing “Only War”, the Warhammer40k RPG by Fantasy Flight Games. She has been bringing their stories to life through her art in the form of an online comic titled Eagle Ordinary. The online comic is produced weekly and thus far I’ve found it to be absolutely brilliant. Please check it out.
As I head off to Adepticon, I check a few last things before making my way to the Windy City. One of those things is my emails. Low and behold something from Black Library. I open it an this is what I find and I start to giggle. Pop up 40k books for my children. . . Black Library for the Win!
Don’t worry, I understand this is an April fools joke.
In our fifthteenth episode Mark and Peter continue their coverage of the Shield of Baal campaign with Exterminatus. Mark talks about the upcoming Milwaukee based, D-Company annual Big Game. Meanwhile, Peter goes into some quick details about the new and improved Bolter Segment.
Bolter Segment: The Battle for Detros Mitus continues as Sergeant Valus organizes his defense to hold back the upcoming Ork assault.

I love all the new activity on our forums. We have been approving the registration of a lot of listeners. It’s exciting.
I’m getting some really fantastic names for my Honoured Sons Chaplain. keep them coming in. My Honoured Sons have a heavy Roman theme, if that helps give you ideas. Mark said we are giving away something to the person that comes up with the name I choose. Don’t know what that is yet, but I’ll get together with him and see what he’s got cooking up.
Finally, I’ve been working on the bolter compilation. I realized there were some holes in the story that needed filling to make it one coherent chapter. The script for that is complete and I’ll begin recording the voices for the audio this evening. I can’t wait to get that together and out to the listeners.
