I’m sure many of you are wondering where have we been. Rest assured we are still around, in fact I’m busy editing Episode 38.
Mark has been insanely busy balancing school, family and his day job. I have been busy with Adepticon, the Black Library submission, as well as finishing up my own children’s story ‘The Adventures of Tenian Fieldmouse’.
So hang in there, a new episode is on it’s way.

Tonight the infamous Dan and Glenn from The Narrative Guys was on the show. I had a great time chatting them up, two wonderful people that are passionate about the hobby and narrative gaming.
The evening started off like a scary movie for anyone in media as my equipment that was supposed to be simple was failing me. I went with an even simpler approach and it ran great. But let me tell you for 30min, I was screaming like Jamie Lee Curtis inside.
We had a great conversation from what got them into 40k, to what drove them to narrative gaming, to their philosophies on terrain building. I can’t wait to share that with you guys. Look for that in episode 37.
To Glenn and Dan, huge thank you for being patient for this interview. I look forward to buying you a beer at Adepticon. Until then, have a great narrative game.
In our twenty ninth episode, Jeeze what’s not in this episode. We include some hobby chat, Valedor Apoc Luck XVIII & XIX, Adepticon, we continue our journey into another awesome Warhammer 40k campaign series. To top it all off we even touch on 8th, just a smidge, nothing crazy.

You all have been great, the guys really appreciate it. I’m glad we are a strong community that can help turn a tragic event around for people when they need it.
In our seventeenth episode Mark and Peter continue their coverage of the Exterminatus Campaign. Other discussions include Where they’ve been, What they’ve been working on, Life & Career, Adepticon, Mob Rules, The Narrative Guys, and Eagle Ordinary.

The Heart of the Community campaign to raise funds and models for the stolen Adepticon armies is going strong. A bunch of models were donated and thus far we’ve raised over $100.
This is fantastic, but don’t let it stop there. Six armies were stolen and we all know how expensive this hobby is.
I want to give a special shout out to David and Matt, the two guys that ran the Friday Night Titan event at Adepticon. These guys practically opened their closets and said take whatever you can use. This was unexpected and I think shows incredible character.

If you want to show your support, go to the Heart of the Community tab and find how how. Or contact me via email at email@example.com or message me through Facebook. I’ll be happy to let you know how.
Several members of our community on their way to Adepticon, had their car stolen in Milwaukee. In this car were six warhammer40k armies. Two members had their regular armies taken and all four players lost their Adepticon armies. I’m reaching out to the local and broader community for support on getting these guys back on the tables as quickly as we can. I know the community is ruthless on the tabletop, but we are a close community of Big Hearts.
There are several ways to show your support:
-Send an unbuilt kit or a constructed model of one of the armies taken, email me for my address info at firstname.lastname@example.org.
-I started an account to pool fund replacements for them as well.(send paypal funds to: email@example.com)
-Of course any other way you wish to show support is always welcome.
The armies taken were Raven Guard, Ultramarines, Ad Mech, Khorne and Tzeentch Demons and Astra Millitarum.
I’ve created a page that I will leave up so players can continue their support until the end of April.
I stumbled on. . . stumbled ha,they were hard to miss sporting such excellent Astra Millitarum cosplay. I approached their table and was blown away by the comic art.
Sarah is the artist and also a member of a roll playing group that has been playing “Only War”, the Warhammer40k RPG by Fantasy Flight Games. She has been bringing their stories to life through her art in the form of an online comic titled Eagle Ordinary. The online comic is produced weekly and thus far I’ve found it to be absolutely brilliant. Please check it out.
It was a great time with some great players at Adepticon in Chicago. Huge thanks to David and Matt for running the Titanicus event. I had a lot of fun and I look forward to participating next year. Cheers to my fellow Imperial titan players; Alex (warhound), Ben (black reaver) and Ted (hazard strip reaver). I brought my Warlord. Together we were able to thwart the Chaos advance and stop their plans of producing titans from a converted Imperial titan manufactorum. Our objective was to destroy the power facility to the manufactorum. The Chaos faction did not make this an easy task. On a side note, Ted traveled all the way from Anchorage, Alaska to participate in the event. He is from the “Mob Rules” podcast, please check out his show.
